konilo-native-x86 : todo list

- merge the graphical support structure stuff into the main
  code, with compile-time enable/disable
- non-GRUB boot loader, for installation to hard disk
- update installer to copy ilo and ilo.rom to disk as well as
  the blocks
- expand i/o to allow raw disk access
- work on ps/2 mouse support
- support for more graphics resolutions (possibly via standard
  BIOS routines, in the new boot loader?)
- explore (at least in emulation) an ilo vm that replaces the
  BIOS completely
- write a floppy disk driver
- obtain a Pocket386 and port/adapt it to run Konilo
- add support for `rom:save`
